Amazon API Gateway
Amazon API Gateway is a service that allows you to easily and securely create, publish, maintain, and monitor application programming interfaces (APIs). With Amazon API Gateway, you can access data, business logic, or functions from other AWS services such as Amazon Lambda, Amazon S3, or Amazon DynamoDB. Amazon API Gateway manages the entire API lifecycle, from definition to deployment, authentication, authorization, validation, request limiting, and integration with other services. Amazon API Gateway provides high availability, scalability and performance for the APIs you create with it. In addition, you can use Amazon API Gateway to create RESTful APIs or WebSocket APIs, as well as expose HTTP or AWS services as APIs.
